These terms govern your use of the LoopChat platform. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
LoopChat provides WhatsApp automation software built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). We provide the platform; WhatsApp messaging itself is delivered by Meta and is subject to Meta's own policies, rates and availability.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must not use LoopChat to send unsolicited messages to people who have not opted in, to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing content, or in any way that breaches Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Breaching these rules can cause Meta to restrict or ban your WhatsApp number, and may result in suspension of your LoopChat account.
Plan fees are payable in advance for the billing period you select and are stated on the pricing page. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed separately by Meta at its published per-conversation rates for the recipient's country and are not included in your plan fee.
We work to keep the service available but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance is notified where practical. Outages of Meta's API are outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.
You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that place the platform or other customers at risk. On termination you may export your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the email on your account before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
