LoopChat is a software-as-a-service platform. No physical goods are shipped; this policy explains how and when service access is delivered.
LoopChat is delivered entirely online. On successful registration and payment, access to your workspace is provisioned immediately and is available at the web address issued to your account. No physical product is dispatched at any point.
Platform access is available as soon as your account is created. Connecting a WhatsApp Business number additionally requires Meta's verification and template approval, which is performed by Meta and is outside our control; this ordinarily completes within one business day.
A confirmation email is sent to the address on the account when a subscription starts or renews. If you have paid and not received access, contact us and we will resolve it.
There are no shipping, handling or delivery charges, as nothing is physically shipped. Your plan price and any WhatsApp conversation charges billed by Meta are the only amounts payable.
